Good nutrition is very complex yet very simple. My strategy is primarily centered around eating whole foods that are high in nutritional value and creating a meal plan that is flexible enough where you don't feel like you're sacrificing the foods you enjoy and still get the results you desire.

Low carb, low fat, keto, high protein, intermittent fasting - there are so many ways to skin a cat and get results. At the end of the day, none of them work if you're in a caloric surplus, and if you're in a deficit, they all work. The best meal plan is something that you can adhere to long term, and one that provides you with enough nutrients to also provide you with optimal health.
