About me
A bit about me. I was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia, and spent most my youth indulged in competitive sports. I graduated University with a Bachelors Degree in Psychology (and psychophysiology) and soon after began my career as a fitness professional in 2008. Since then I've completed a number of certifications and courses in fitness, strength and conditioning, nutritional medicine, ISSA and many others. In 2016 I emigrated to NYC to become head trainer at S10 Training, a world renowned training facility.
Over my career I have trained a broad range of clients, from pro athletes to Hollywood stars, models, professionals, and students. With a good attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to get results, we can work together to achieve your goals.
